I mean I blew over ( .092) and I had a broken tail light. What kind of defense do I have? Should I just save my money and just take the hit?

WOW! I am impressed. Someone who admits to being irresponsible and isn’t trying to find an angle to get out of it. Plead guilty, be apologetic, and save the money and use it to pay your fine/court costs. Good luck!
not in most states because there are standard penalties that apply. lawyer can’t help that. get a public defender.
Hey, you’re guilty, and you admit it. There’s no sense in wasting your money on a lawyer. Save it for the fine you’ll have to pay (along with possible DUI school).
having a lawyer can save you from a hiogher fine and longer jail time
Nope, just confuse the judge and declare yourself guilty as charged which like I said will confuse the hell out of the judge cause everyone is innocent of every crime and you being honest may grant you leniency.
Get a DUI attorney – he may have an angle to get you off a little better! Let him/her decide your defense. It would sound ridiculous to state that you forgot the tail light and forgot to eat dinner when you were out drinking! However the attorney could mention that you’ve been under a great deal of strain lately – and didn’t realize your light was out and was celebrating the birth of a child when you were driving home. Attorneys are allowed to LIE at a defense! You as the defendant are NOT.
Your quotes after such incidents can rise a lot. May be it would be cheaper for you to apply for some of special plans for high risk drivers – http://autoinsurance.maclenet.com
There is actually some steps you can take to clear your DUI permanently. This program works in all states but you must be eligible. Check it out for yourself, it’s worth a try!
p.s. copy and paste the link in your web browser. This should work!
good luck
