What do you need to do if a Attorney never filed the notice to probate a will?

to all interested party’s and and the court has closed the case. Attorney filed a form claiming he did so but there are no proof of service listed on the docket or in court file.
A probate was opened by one sibling and then there was a will of later date admitted to probate in which the Attorney never filed the notice to probate the later will and did it all under the table, and I did not find out until the case was closed by the court.

The court can’t close a case without a case to close, so someone had to file something sometime in order for the case to exist in the first place.
